Job Requirements:
- Responsible for the overall enterprise wide effectiveness, efficiency and optimization of data center technology platforms in AIQ in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee the development of full-stack software development that fulfills AIQ customer requirements with high availability, scalability and low latency
- To lead and direct the software engineering function in AIQ, by creating a software development strategy in line with company objectives, managing the design and development of software applications, and overseeing data platform activities within AIQ.
- Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with policies and procedures
- Provide input on the technical feasibility of proposed product requirements and proactively raise concerns around budgets, timelines and scope
- Allocate software engineering resources to provide on-going support to AI solutions teams, data science teams and product manager teams to efficiently run AIQ solutions
- Software Leads, Dev-Ops and Architects, daily for the achievement of daily/weekly objectives
- Product Managers, regularly for the review of requirements, progress and alignment on on-going software development projects
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate and appraise software engineering managers and provide regular feedback on performance
- Contribute to AIQ software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Collaborate with product managers to determine necessary software development projects around front-end, user interface, product deployment and product optimization
- Data Science (AI Solution) Manager, occasionally to provide technical support and allocation of software engineers
- Vendors and 3rd Party Services, regularly to manage vendor processes and services
- Oversee the development, deployment and integrating of software solutions and ensure timely completion of software development activities
- Technical Project Managers, occasionally for the deployment of client solutions
- Commercial Team, occasionally to collaborate on software requirements and solutions
