Job Description:
Join Amazon’s Employee Resource Center (ERC) Benefits team, and help make a difference for all Amazonians! The ERC provides HR assistance to Amazon employees in the form of accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels – phone, web case and chat. The ERC primarily exists to connect employees with content and data not available through intuitive self-service, and to intake process defects and workflow these to relevant resolution teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
- Receive HR queries via phone, email or other communication channels and log contacts into the shared service case management system.
- Resolve HR queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures and escalate where these cannot be resolved.

- Disciplined problem-solving skills and ability to execute solutions
- Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
- Very good command and knowledge in English both verbal and written as working international.

- Computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Quick to take action to address an issue, and demonstrate strong judgement/decision making
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced changing environment
- Ability to understand benefit terms and programs
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
- Experience with HR processes and systems
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced college education in a related field and/or HR/Benefits related work experience
- 1+ years of experience working in Benefits and/or HR role (preferably in a contact center or share service environment)
