Job Description:

This job is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division.The Hub Distribution Representative will be focused on overseeing the distribution of equipment, technology items, and supplies to all employees. This role will also assist in the organization and management of inventory in the Distribution Warehouse

Job Responsibilities:

• Sign-in and -out ramp equipment
• Distribute scanners, radios, headsets, etc. to Customer Operations employees and re-collect them at various times throughout the day
• Maintain logs to ensure adequate inventory levels
• Distribute and re-collect tablets to Customer Care employees at various times throughout the day
• Handle the distribution of name tags, business cards, parking cards, etc.
• Ensure all technology is operation-ready
• Maintain organized workspace and distribution warehouse
• Issue Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) (i.e. vests, knee pads, hearing protection) throughout day to front line employees
• Meet and unload delivery vehicles
• Issue office supplies to all groups

Job Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines
• Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs Security badges, if applicable
• Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 75 pounds on a daily basis
• Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with little day-to-day supervision
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
• Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPloint, etc.

Qualification & Experience:

• Previous office/clerical experience
• High School diploma or GED equivalency
