Job Description:
As a Barclays Workforce Planning Manager, you will lead Execution Risk effectively, deliver on our Group strategy and satisfy all our stakeholders, we must deliver our initiatives consistently and transparently. The role will assist both the TC 14 Data, Customer Engagement, Operations & Insights and Customer Engagement POD workforce teams. Additionally, you will conduct quarterly reviews of C10 desk space and FTE. You will also work with C10s and CE POD Partners to support the definition of the future hiring strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Confidently leading resourcing sessions with stakeholders, articulating the data in a meaningful way to ensure action is taken where required
- Reporting weekly, highlighting risks & issues as required and providing key data insights into monthly forums
- Contributing to and helping facilitate priority-based discussions where capacity conflicts arise
- Working closely with the TC14 Business Manager and Talent Acquisition teams to help with the Hiring process
- Providing insight and challenge on workforce hotspots, working collaboratively with Hiring Managers and
- Talent Acquisition to define solutions and resolve challenges
- Undertaking management and administration of the hiring and workforce processes and tools
- Engaging with demand planning sessions, including horizon demand that feeds into MTP and the POD backlog
- You will be leading adhoc activity to support Executive requests and requests from CIO Leads
Job Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and literacy ability
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including solid PowerPoint, Excel skills
- Ability to extract, manipulate and report data
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience in project management
- Portfolio/Programme management experience
- Previous experience managing workforce and hiring across multiple teams
