Job Description:
Small Business Lending is a company-critical business with tremendous growth opportunity. This senior-level role will manage the bank’s complex Practice Solution loan products to help drive growth and build upon the bank’s position as one of the top Practice Solutions lenders in the nation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with credit and channel partners to optimize the bank’s E2E credit delivery process to increase pull-through and improve the client experience
- Support sales readiness and performance across all delivery channels
- Accountable for Practice Solutions Loan portfolio performance and achievement of our short and long-term financial objectives
- Partner with Pricing and Finance partners to ensure all Practice Solutions products provide a “fair value exchange” in a highly dynamic economic environment
- Build upon the team’s complex credit expertise by supporting development of specialty financing solutions for franchisee-type clients and prospects
- Lead product development initiatives to build upon our competitive advantage and increase market share
- Leverage performance and policy standards to expand our product reach and credit buy-box
- Support development of financial solutions / programs for start-ups and expansion projects for clients within the Healthcare Practice industry

- Very detailed oriented with standard of excellence in quality and accuracy
- Working knowledge of complex credit underwriting processes and standards
- Strong problem solving skills with proven ability to achieve aggressive performance targets
- Ability to handle and lead multiple priorities within aggressive timelines
Qualification & Experience:
- 3+ years of financial and/or credit strategies experience
- 5+ years of experience with complex credit products
