Job Description:
As the Clinic LPN, you will work alongside Nurse Practitioners and Physicians providing outstanding professional clinical care through everyday nursing care within the scope of their licensure. You will have Visit Navigator responsibilities which include providing telephone triage and case management services to covered health plan members, taking member vitals, inputting member symptoms into an electronic medical record, collecting laboratory specimens, administering immunization/shots, scheduling follow-up appointments, referrals and diagnostic testing, assisting with procedures and patient education. Phlebotomy experience is required.

Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Nursing, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Electronic Medical Record Experience
- At least 2 years of work experience in a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care or Urgent Care health center setting
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 2 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
- At least 2 years of direct patient care work
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse – MO
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
