Job Description:

The Research Specialist 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments. Most of the impact is related to quality of execution. Works with limited supervision. May service an expansive array of products/services. Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilizes computer system to investigate disputes and resolves complex issues.
• Relied on for system testing projects because of technical proficiency.
• Acts as coach and trainer to new employees
• Maintains large business accounts.
• Responds to customers in writing or verbally.

Qualification & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years relevant experience
