Citi Internship – Product Specialist

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the tracking of project deadlines and deliverables to ensure open items are completed in a timely fashion and projects stay on track
• Overseeing project plans and helping ensure they meet business needs; providing integrated views of program timeline, dependencies, issues, risks and financial controls
  Coordinating with tech teams to achieve desired outcomes
• Working with stakeholders across Research and the Institutional Clients Group to coordinate content initiatives across multiple platforms and geographies
• Developing and implementing best practices that seek efficiency in program execution

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of Investment Banking, Wealth and Consumer businesses (preferred)
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience using SharePoint, or similar applications, to develop training content (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure, within tight timelines and strict attention to detail
• Capable of working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Qualification & Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience within a financial services business environment
• Excellent organizational skills and experience in project management
• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject area (Economics, Finance, Marketing, Communications or Technology program management) or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
