Job Description:
The Fraud Digital Communications Analytics Lead will be responsible for all data analysis and reporting related to fraud digital communications self-servicing within the US.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce core MIS packages as well as control monitoring for self-servicing channels
- Leverage data driven analytics to make appropriate recommendations for change and optimization
- Ensure compliance with TCPA regulations around automated contact processes
- Partnering with application leads to define and monitor success metrics in order to monitor performance of implemented changes.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor all control MIS for platform alarms and process health as well as compliance monitoring for audits.
Job Requirements:
- SAS/SQL experience or other analytical software experience
- Credit Card and/or Retail Banking experience preferred; Risk/Fraud Management Experience
- SharePoint administration a plus
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years analysis experience or related field and exposure to Financial Services industry
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
