Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 2-3 years of campus recruiting, event planning, marketing or other HR experience. Should also have:
Job Responsibilities:
- Stay connected to overall campus recruiting strategy, be knowledgeable about the different programs offered at Citi
- Develop a deep understanding of perceptions and needs of students, faculty and administration to seek opportunities to advance students skills and experiences
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within Citi business units
- Build and maintain relationships with key university faculty and serve as single point of contact for the firm at select set of schools
- Identify, develop and implement opportunities for co-branding and partnerships with key universities for industry and academic related initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Desire to be in a client-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in recruiting
- Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and relationship driven with demonstrated creativity
- Proven track record leading a progressive campus recruiting effort preferably for a financial services firm
- Specialized knowledge and expertise of academic institutions and curriculums
- Must be able to multitask and bring projects through to completion with minimal supervision
- Must be able to influence, negotiate and consult effectively
