Job Description:

Are you a passionate, curious, and meticulous software engineer? Capital, Control and Operations (CCO) platform provides shared Bank-wide technology services and governance that enables efficient, secure and controlled distribution and usage of snapshot data.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working with the local and global engineering teams to deliver high-quality, simple, and robust software solutions
• Providing SL3 support on rotation and collaborating with the production engineering team
• Employing DevOps and agile development mindsets and best practices for architecture, design, coding, quality assurance (behavior driven
• development (BDD)/ test driven development (TDD)), and continuous delivery
• Mentoring/coaching other software engineers on the team by providing thought leadership and industry best practice know-how to instill a passion for excellent software craftsmanship

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, REST APIs, micro-service architectures and design patterns (e.g. service mesh), and messaging frameworks
• Extensive experience with relational databases (Oracle and PostgreSql preferred) and/or Big Data technologies (Hadoop and Spark preferred)
• Extensive experience with cloud-relevant technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Yaml, and at least one major cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with special focus on security
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices and working knowledge of relevant tools and frameworks. Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Python, Tableau, AI/ML
