Job Description:
Position makes decisions and recommendations having significant impact on the indicators of the company. The position will have to communicate critical and controversial issues with high level management of the company. Role will be responsible for one or more programs of critical importance to overall company objectives.
Employees in this role apply diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Individuals will use advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Fleet reliability models
- Tactical Teams, Collaboration Teams
- Weekly indicator reviews
- Develop analytical models to improve reliability
- Fleet Performance/Health Indicators
- Process Health for Fleet
- Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria
- Equipment Lifecycle Management
- Run the Business Dashboards
- Validate asset plan
- Champion Asset Management Process
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Asset Management Reports, Outage Schedules
- Devises new solutions to problems encountered
Job Requirements:
Leadership skills, ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization, from craft personnel to the VP level. Leverage resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired business results. Able to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, and act as technical liaison to individuals and groups within and outside the company with the responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.
