Job Description:
The Bakery Inventory Coordinator is responsible for Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and perimeter areas of the store on a daily basis while providing superior customer service. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment that requires detail and precision in their daily tasks. This job could include a position in the Receiving Department and duties will vary as assigned or listed in special requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adheres to OSHA standards in chemical usage
- Receives, Organizes, and Maintains products needed for Bakery production
- Writes Product Orders
- Utilizes HEB chemical program and correctly organize
- Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs
- Assists customers in the location of product
- Maintain stock in inventory room
- Logging Invoices
- Other duties may be assigned
- Responds with a sense of urgency to hazardous floor conditions
- Manages Financial Budges

Qualification & Experience:
