The Enterprise Customer Insights team is responsible for managing the tools, operating model, and overall ecosystem for gathering, analyzing, disseminating, and acting on customer feedback data and information. As an Analyst in the Customer Insights PMO team, you will help support the Enterprise Customer Insights Program for Hilton, including interacting with our Customer Insights and Voice of the Customer (VOC) vendors and internal business partners to help execute on changes and improvements for the overall program while running timelines and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with training programs and support materials to help drive adoption and self-service of the Customer Insights tools
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our VOC and Customer Insights tools
  • Interacting with our Customer Insights vendors, including our primary VOC platform and online community to help close functionality gaps in current solutions
  • Handling our Enterprise Customer Insights knowledge repository to improve value and adoption
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and make related changes to the VOC platforms

Job Requirements:

  • One (1) year of experience managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with database or knowledge repository management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working with internal technology teams and external vendors
  • Experience with Voice of the Customer (VOC) or Customer Insights program
