Job Responsibilities:
- Replenishing stock levels throughout your shift and ensuring your area of responsibility is always well-stocked, tidy and presentable
- Actively approaching customers and understanding their needs in order to sell suitable solutions for them
- Being an expert in your area to build strong relationships with customers throughout their shopping journey
- Supporting other Sales areas and within the business when required
Job Requirements:
- A passion for our home furnishing products and working with customers
- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting
- Strong communication and customer skills, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments yet also be able to work independently
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
