Job Description:
We are seeking candidates to identify potential issues in the Fashion Department ensuring a solution is provided to prevent these occurring. To work to resolve issues should they arise, ensuring that these are fully resolved with the key focus being on the level of customer service provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- To be able to deal with any other reasonable requests in line with the needs of the business
- To read the workflow and make decisions based on factual data
- To respond to problem emails, ensuring these are fully resolved
- To clear down aged stock and manage dwell times
- To examine a process and suggest improvements
- To meet deadlines and a commitment to customer service, as it relates to product fulfilment
- To diagnose and trouble shoot potential problems before they arise
- To Interpret data effectively
- Liaising with stock control, and other key departments such as Customer services to ensure that issues are fully resolved
- To deal with a variety of operational process problems as they arise
- To be able to work without supervision and manage own workload
Job Requirements:
- Able to work on own initiative, taking accountability for own actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (across all levels), able to liaise with confidence and tenacity
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Ability to priorities tasks and goals
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Be able to demonstrate problem solving, researching, and analytical skills
- Be fully computer literate and comfortable working with various software systems
- An understanding of procedures and goals relating to Internet department
- Enthusiastic, and the ability to motivate others
