Job Description:

CTI Regulatory Risk Governance executes on strategy to deliver effective regulatory oversight and strategic risk and controls programs for the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and Chief Technology Office (CTO) organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the oversight and support of the records management function for the global operating teams including:
• Support of operations aligned Records Management Coordinators
• Oversight of records management inventories
• Oversight of the records management MCA and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for supported areas
• Review and definition of records management controls

Job Requirements:

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Strong management reporting skills
• 3 years relevant work experience in Records Management or Business Risk & Controls
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
