Job Description:

As a Service Management Analyst on our Technology team, you will provide a range of services essential for the smooth operation of a client centric IT service model. You will demonstrate the ability to provide outstanding customer service and support, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and training to customers on current technology and IT policies
  • Acknowledge and address all customer queries, requirements, and needs with patience and empathy
  • Provide feedback on potential issues or concerns to mitigate future risks
  • Provide onsite, hands-on technical support and insightful advice to customers
  • Hear from our people and look inside our office:
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve IT issues for customers
  • Educate customers on new technology and processes to enhance technology adoption

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service/support, or technical support role and ability to read/modify scripts in vbscript, PowerShell, PHP, or Python
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, both Apple and Android
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University (degree with a concentration in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines is a plus)
