Job Description:

The Deutsche Bank Cloud & Innovation Network Function drives the Bank’s cloud and innovation strategy, thought leadership, technology partnerships and investments, as well as the execution of cloud transformation and cross-bank innovation solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of innovation, relevant communication, training concepts, and regular innovation status reporting
  Establish and maintain a bank-wide “innovation network” with core contacts from technology, business, and infrastructure units
• Manage ideas via the Bank-wide idea innovation portfolio and platform (Pollen 8) as well as support the Business and infrastructure units with frameworks, tools, and methodologies (such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design, and User Experience Mapping) in their innovation management efforts
• Connect to relevant business and infrastructure stakeholder and work pro-actively with them to identify innovation opportunities in their area of responsibility

Qualification & Experience:

• Familiarity with technology trends relevant to at least one of Deutsche Bank’s divisions and corresponding; good technical understanding (like artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud, API)
• Knowledge of innovation frameworks, processes, and techniques (including Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design, and User Experience Mapping)
• Exhibit mental flexibility, resilience, analytical, and structured as well as solution-oriented thinking
• Experience with Project management with a focus on the implementation of transformation projects and change management measures
