Job Description:
You will be joining the End User Computing function (EUC) that sits within Technology Infrastructure of Deutsche Bank. EUC’s vision is to enable workforce mobility, foster collaboration, facilitate communication, empower staff with modern productivity tools, provide frictionless experiences, and maintain a secure and stable environment to protect the Bank and its clients from current and emerging threats.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential efficiencies and review saves tracking
- Manage the relationship of a key contract
- Interface with procurement and manage purchase orders
- Handle other business management tasks to support the team as needed
- Produce monthly reports and interface with senior managers
Job Requirements:
- Exhibit Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Exhibit good business judgment, strong collaboration skills, and influence
- Ability to prioritize and handle urgent requests
- Experience in a Vendor management, Procurement, COO (Chief Operating Officer), or Business Management role
