Job Description:

SeniorBridge is hiring PRN/Part-Time RNs to provide in-home Infusion Therapy and services to our senior clients. SeniorBridge is Humana’s Private Pay Home Care division.

Infusion services are administered one-on-one, in-home and each visit takes about 2-3 hours. Work as little or as much as your schedule allows. Current need is PRN, but this could become a Full-Time position over time. You should be confident and competent at starting an IV unassisted within 2 attempts. Effective listening is critical to the job, as well as customer service orientation.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to travel to client residences on Long Island
• Registered Nurse with a NY License, and no disciplinary action
• Excellent keyboard and web navigation skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to learn and use electronic information applications/software programs including electronic medical records
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within the role and scope

Qualification & Experience:

• 2-3 years of in home or infusion experience
• IV certification
• 2 years of experience of in Acute Care, Critical Care or Infusion Therapy
