Job Description:
The Information and Technology Solutions Directorate (ITSD) under the Application Consulting, Development and Engineering Section and will report to the Web and Mobile Application Development Group (172B) supporting a suite of web and mobile applications.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrable technical writing and presentation skills and shall have generated technical documents in support of software development project
- Experience with JIRA, ZenHub, or similar issue-tracking systems
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment in multiple roles
- Demonstrable work experience developing in Django framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the principles of test-driven development and continuous integration
Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledge of web application development frameworks such as .Net Core, Python-Flask, Python-Django
- Experience in wide application of principles, theories, concepts and techniques in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS
- Knowledge building and architecting scalable enterprise applications and data aggregation systems
- Knowledge in utilizing Restful web services frameworks
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 3 year of related experience; or a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 1 year related experience.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience developing highly performant web applications on distributed system environments
- Experience in developing web frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
