Job Description:

The advertising review team is responsible for the review and approval of marketing material and communications for the various business lines of Lincoln Financial Group. As a primary contributor to this group, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams and other departments to review and help develop effective and compliant communications, sales and educational materials for internal, financial professional and public audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert regarding firm and regulatory guidelines including FINRA, SEC, NAIC and various individual states
• Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Provide review and guidance for enterprise and broker/agent social media
• Provide timely principal reviews of communications and marketing materials for Advisory Services, Brokerage and Insurance Products
• Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with RegEd Adtrax review software
• Experience with Hearsay Social Media Supervision software
• Experience with marketing content management systems
• Experience with Investment Advisory Analysis tools or Financial Planning outputs is a plus.

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience with marketing reviews and advertising material preferred
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Series 7 and 24 required, Series 65 or 66 preferred
