- Appropriate management of budget, inventory, and stock levels.
- Responsible for customer service and store sales results, as well as meeting the objectives in pesos and units, and the correct chaining, reaching international standards.
- Collaboration in the achievement of the following objectives: gross margin, turnover of store personnel, sales, execution and monitoring of training and development of store personnel.
- Responsible for the development and potential growth of the KCR and store employees.
- Flexibility, adaptation to changes and time availability depending on the business.
- Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of dermocosmetics.
Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience in similar positions managing the operation of a local (exclusive).
- Professionals graduated or close to graduating from Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing or related (desirable).
