Job Description:

For the new opening planned in Asola (MN) , McDonald’s is looking for Restaurant Manager. He is responsible for the organization of shifts, the quality of the service, the welcome and satisfaction of customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates all workstations (Kitchen, Cash desk, McCafé, Kiosk, Delivery and Warehouse) respecting the safety procedures provided;
• Manages the organization of the restaurant and the teams during the time slots of the day and verifies that critical standards for product holding times, speed and quality of service, product quality, hygiene and food safety are maintained during the shift;
• It carries out the operating procedures of the restaurant independently, constantly maintaining the standards of safety, hygiene and product quality;
• It organizes the training of new Collaborators, follows and evaluates their performance.

Job Requirements:

• Availability for short trips for training
• Good organizational skills.
• Attitude to work in a group and to diversify one’s business
• Willingness to work day and night shifts, Saturdays and holidays
• Good propensity for interpersonal relationships and sales.
• Predisposition to leadership

Qualification & Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Continuous experience in the company, especially if with some type of responsibility or management of work teams
