Job Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for the development and/or on-going management and administration of clinical quality programs. Provides implementation support, measurement standards, and revisions as needed that incorporate applicable best practices with proven outcomes.

Job Requirements:
- Working knowledge of NCQA’s HEDIS® processes and timelines
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work productively and proactively in a dynamic, fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Team player and strong ability to work with other disciplines across the enterprise
- Ability to communicate and present information to internal and external customers
- Proficiency in process improvement, workflow benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
- Strategic thinker, able to quickly grasp complex issues
- Advanced proficiency with PC based software programs (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Qualification & Experience:
- Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM)
- Advanced business degree or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- 3+ years of project management experience to include coordinated management of multiple, simultaneous projects and/or process improvements
- 3 years of finance or financial management
- Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- 3+ years of experience and knowledge of quality process audit readiness
- 3+ years of synthesizing business needs, developing strategic objectives, collaboratively developing plans to reach those objectives and driving execution
