Job Description:
The Associate Manager, Paid Social and Programmatic Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring strategic and tactical paid media plans across all lines of business. The Associate Manager, Paid Social & Programmatic Marketing supports the business through creative and innovative solutions to meet paid media KPIs, while also exemplifying superior organizational and project management skills to bring those solutions to life. Foot Locker, Inc. is currently undergoing a massive transition with our marketing strategy to meet changing consumer demand, as well as the changing marketing technology landscape. We’re seeking a Associate Manager, Paid Social & Programmatic Marketing eager to push paid media best practices, innovative measurement solutions, and is comfortable being the social and programmatic quarterback of such massive change. Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular knowledge sharing, and training sessions to learn new strategies for optimization
- Effectively communicate performance and strategic direction to senior leadership
- Design and perform test and learns to regularly uncover effective new tactics to maximize performance against KPIs
- Lead the development and execution of paid social & programmatic marketing strategies to drive growth in revenue, efficiency, customer acquisition, and lifetime
- customer value across Foot Locker Inc. brands
- Prioritize, delegate, and manage monthly planning and ad-hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time
- Partner with internal creative department for developing and adapting content from learnings and platform best practices
- Showcase problem solving skills and identify ways to improve team efficiency
- Effectively manage and develop analysts (mentoring, training, etc.)
- Stay up to date with overall industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are being met and actively seek out and pursue emerging opportunities
- Utilize and develop insights from internal data team, platforms, and agencies to drive action
- Establish oneself as an expert within their functional department and team
Qualification & Experience:
- Fundamental understanding of Paid Social and Programmatic/Display marketing concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field from an accredited university or college
- Certifications in top social platforms a plus
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably with responsibilities in paid social, or other programmatic channels such as display advertising,
- native, OLV/CTV, DOOH
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with the ability to utilize Pivot Tables in Excel preferred
- Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, and agency contacts
