Job Description:

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager, specializing in Paid Search, to manage strategy and execution of all Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across all our lines of business, as well as co-op partnerships. The Senior Manager, Paid Media of Paid Search will be responsible for guiding optimizations to meet specified KPIs ensuring weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance forecasts are met. They will focus on operations, managing the agency relationship, tool management, budget management, forecasting and revenue projection. In addition, analysis of data and communication of trends/insights to internal stakeholders is a key responsibility. The Senior Manager, Paid Search / Paid Media will work closely with search engines (primarily Google & Bing) to ensure Foot Locker Inc. stays at the forefront of testing and optimization within the search channel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy and work with cross-channel Paid Media team to implement cross-channel tests/ participate in betas, report out on results, and develop recommendations for roll-out
  • Maintain a close relationship with search engines to optimize performance and stay educated on new opportunities
  • Act as subject matter expert in SEM and Shopping industry trends and best practices and educate relevant teams
  • Lead planning, management, and execution of all SEM /PPC and Shopping
  • Work with third party agency to develop SEM strategy, forecast spend, manage budget, and project revenue
  • Review bid management software providers and other partners to optimize campaigns
  • Ability to lead, manage and develop a manager and team of analysts
  • Build our SEM roadmap with customer centric strategies
  • Speak to internal and external co-op stakeholders, with various technical backgrounds, on Paid Search trends, capabilities, insights, and optimizations

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Paid Search manager or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Search and managing a team
  • BA or BS (business or quantitative field preferred)
  • Have deep understanding of omni channel and customer centric marketing strategies
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced knowledge in excel
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of search engine platforms as well 3rd party bid management platforms (SA360)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
