Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a student to join the Avionics Integration, Test & Operations team as a part-time intern. This opportunity involves working on either the Psyche or Europa Clipper mission.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze test results, generate test reports, and present test analysis at review meetings
• Partner with other engineers and project personnel to create change requests
• Test and integrate spacecraft hardware and software in the Avionics and Systems Testbeds
• Verify complex and multifunctional systems requirements
• Work in a lab facility with hardware, ground support equipment and test equipment
• Meet regularly with the team, assessing status, reviewing problems, planning short-term and long-term activities
• Develop critical verification and validation (V&V) plans and procedures
• Assess complex issues and recommend resolution to the team and management; implement resolutions
• Assure that the quality, accuracy, and integrity of technical documentation, reports, and deliverables comply with JPL standards, project plans, and policies
