We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team, who will be a key liaison between our Senior Finance Business Partner and the Finance Hub. The role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and financial administrative tasks.
- Support SFBP in preparation of Internal/External Audits for the relevant sites.
- Working with the business on ensuring PO’s are generated and raised appropriately
- Assist with Payroll review / administration including maintenance of the weekly payroll report by department;
- Administration of ticket set up and other finance responsibilities within Accesso.
- Manage “central” POs (anything more efficient to manage in one rather than site by site)
- Assisting in creating Sales Orders – for things such as non per cap/functions/rent/etc.
- Aid the Finance Business Partners to ensure accuracy of the Fixed Assets Register by including
- To ensure the Management Accounts and Financial records are complete, accurate and timely
- Distribution of monthly management accounts;
- Working with Finance Hub / business to assist with invoices in dispute;
- Support the SFBP to set up the annual budget, business and capital planning templates across the relevant business areas in completion of annual budgeting / Business & Capital Planning tasks – set
- up templates;Support the Senior Finance Business Partner with adhoc tasks as required.
- Marketing reports including promo and channel mix analysis;
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports and administration;
- Identify and aid in resolving P&L queries, liaising with Finance Hub, GM, SFBP/ FBP as necessary
- Aid the Finance Hub in collating, calculating, and preparing recurring financial
- Good communication & problem solving skills;
- Excel and General IT System skills.
