Legoland Employment – Admissions Analyst

Job Description:

Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for an Admissions Analyst to join our IT team.  This role will be based at our Madame Tussauds London office. This role reports into the Head of Admissions Portfolio on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure regular communication with the Superusers through forums and notifications, in order to keep them up to date with any developments or changes
• Support regional MAP teams to deliver products, promotions and price changes with a focus on digital sales and fulfilment
• Assist in the delivery of New Openings across the global Merlin estate ensuring consistency and alignment with the existing attractions
• Maintain admissions systems documentation to ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose
• Represent MERLIN Technology and deliver admissions process expertise into the global admissions and eCommerce functions
• Work with internal teams and suppliers to optimise setup and process for ticketing functionality to help further develop the digital guest journey
• Support regional promotions team in coordinating offers across the attractions globally including manging gift codes, providing guidance for setup and assisting with any new promotions
• Support training of system users to ensure expertise is provided throughout the estate and best practice is followed

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Merlin’s brands, product offering and operating processes is highly desirable
• Experience in training or coaching others in processes and procedures is desirable
• A self-starter with excellent time management skills
• The ability to work under pressure and use initiative
• A good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience of working with Accesso Passport or other ticketing systems
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to see other people’s points of view, influencing accordingly
