In this role you will assist the Operational Planning Manager, working with our department managers, to get staffing requirements based on operational events, such as our busy Fright Night period.  You’ll input the data collated to our system called Time Plan, to create rotas for the Resort, ensuring we have enough employees working to give our Guests the best day ever!
