Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring LEGO brand compliance throughout all stages of development through to delivery. (Training will be provided).
• Developing and implement creative vision to meet the agreed brief.
• Attending regular meetings on site and via online calls to proactively manage the creative development process.
• Supporting the Creative Lead on LEGOLAND accommodation projects and the development of world class compelling accommodation propositions.
• Working closely with project teams, architects and contractors with regular communication.
• Developing the conceptual briefs from the Creative Lead and Creative Director to produce compelling propositions, sketch proposals, theme booklets and FF&E specification.

Job Requirements:

• A good understanding of architectural drawings, audio visual & special effects, storytelling and have a background in FF&E specification.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects & resources to produce creative solutions to accommodation briefs.
• A positive outlook with a passion for creating innovative, memorable family experiences.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe suite.
• Good colour sense and the ability to do free hand sketches in order to convey creative ideas.
• Experience in the designing environments such as hotels, events, exhibitions or a similar related leisure entertainment industry such as themed interior bars and restaurants.
