Job Description:

STARZPLAY is the premium SVOD service for STARZ international markets. We are expanding our global footprint and are looking for a Sr. Manager, Consumer Marketing LATAM to support this expansion. In this role, the Sr. Manager will report to our SVP, International Marketing in our Santa Monica office and will focus on building best-in-class strategies and campaigns for the Latin American markets. The role will work cross-functionally and across a range of platforms to increase awareness and drive subscriptions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team and bring the joy of premium streaming content to entertainment fans around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute regional marketing strategies
• Evaluate performance of titles, marketing and promotional campaigns and analyze campaigns to recommend improvements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and bring territory insights that help shape campaign strategy and creative development.
• Be the territory expert and use knowledge of the SVOD landscape, competition’s marketing activity and audience viewing habits in our focused Latin American markets to proactively communicate with the larger
• International Marketing team and help inform regional strategies and tactics
• Work closely with the EU Partner Marketing team to help find and drive consumer marketing opportunities with our Distribution Partners

Job Requirements:

• Second language (Spanish or Portuguese) is a benefit but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Love for digging deep into market insights and understanding consumer needs and motivations
• Be a self-starter as well as a proactive, concise and clear communicator
• Strength in working with fast moving cross-functional teams towards building seamless and integrated marketing campaigns

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns in Latin American markets a plus
• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar discipline preferred
• 6+ years’ relevant experience in Brand/Marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Marketing experience at an entertainment company or subscription service is a major plus
