Job Description:

Responsible for the analysis & reporting covering both the Customer Care and Credit areas. A key focus will be on automation of tasks / processes & pro-active analysis of key KPI’s & order profiles / business drivers to enable fast continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering training to key team members on automation methods & analytics
  • Prepare updates packs and share with relevant stakeholders including Zone
  • Modelling to determine underlying drivers or outliers (i.e. Frequencies of orders by customer & cost impacts, returns & claims & receipts)
  • Prepare instructions and/or ongoing requirements for refreshable analysis – everything automated must be sustainable
  • Communicate findings including actionable insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes
  • Identify data sources and extract (automate the extraction & flows) required data for monthly reporting deadlines
  • Visualisation in Power BI and other platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and wider team to deliver critical reports / analysis
  • Collect and prepare (clean, structured) data as required to inform projects, BAU & CI work
  • Work with key stakeholders on identified processes & tasks to automate them
  • Calculation of impacts for potential business changes
