Job Description:

A Data Project Delivery Manager who is ready to take L’Oréal to the next level of delivering key customer and data insights needed for data-driven decision making across the organisation. We are on a platform transformation journey, migrating our current data platforms such as MS BI, SAP HANA etc. to GCP. You will have a central project role between key business stakeholders and Nordic IT on one side and Nordic IT and IT EUROPE (in Paris) on the other side.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Nordic RUN of current BI tools in relation to execution, coordination, follow-up with business key users, demands specifications, training, and roll out of new features
• Responsible for our IT data road map and our data portfolio
• Contribute to the new zone data organization design and build
• Manage the connection between Europe data delivery services and Nordics business for developments on GCP
• Master the data product portfolio for Nordics
• Part of 1-2 data squad teams together with your European colleagues
• Manage local data projects with the zone data governance
• Coordinate and assist to roll-out of global and zone use cases according to local priorities
• KPI follow-up
• Build strong business relationship to the Head of Data & Analytics team to understand their need for data, enhance UX, assist in Power BI reports, and general support

Job Requirements:

• You are proactive and service minded with the ability to seek solutions for users
• You have strong analytical skills and ability to work with details
• You can see data capture opportunities in e-com, sales, supply, CRM etc.
• SAP ECC/SAP HANA knowledge is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• You thrive in a challenging and international agile working environment
• You are a quick learner and possess a positive learning attitude
• Excellent English skills both spoken and written
• You are ambitious with a good sense of humour

Qualification & Experience:

• Power BI experiences
• Experienced in GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Previous experience with MS BI software
• Some experience in Azure is an advantage
• MS Excel experienced with pivot tables and PowerPoint
