Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to implement and support strategies for ensuring least privileged and secure access to enterprise systems. This position will analyze trends, review solutions, drive change, automation, and react to potential items in an appropriate manner working with architects, stakeholders and peers to resolve issues proactively and reactively as necessary. Implement DevSecOps principles and behaviors to build and implement a secure access and identity pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage federation though Ping, Okta, and Microsoft
• Multi-Factor Administration with SecureAuth
• Administer Active Directory (AD) domain services, groups, and policy
• Manage Key Vault and key administration
• Manage RADIUS and GlobalProtect VPN connection and authentication
• Manage Public key infrastructure (PKI) issuance, and deployment of digital certificate for devices and servers
• Implement and support Zero Trust Access through Zscaler
• Continuously improve process and automate using scripts and tools
• Implement and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) through CyberArk
• Configuration, patch, and vulnerability management
• Manage internal and external TLS/SSL certificates though Venafi and ServiceNow

Job Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills
• Understanding of Kubernetes
• Highly effective troubleshooting skills; diagnose, resolve issues, determine root cause
• Dynatrace or equivalent monitoring administration
• Good judgment and analytical skills; as well as follow up and organizational skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Azure and or GCP cloud experience
• Certifications related to assigned area(s) of technology a plus.
• SAFe Agile experience a plus
• Experience in setting up necessary monitoring and testing to improve visibility and stability
• At least 3 years’ industry experience maintaining and operating production services
