Job Description:

The Integration Solutions Engineer is responsible for delivery and support of client and server solutions. This role will push MBRDNA forward, from on prem infrastructure solutions to Azure cloud based solutions. This role will also push our users and their devices forward into Office 365 and other integration solutions, for both the common office worker as well as the more advanced software developer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expert skill level in gathering requirements from business units and translating into solutions
• Taking the initiative to bring about positive results
• Own and lead the delivery of Micorosoft M365 and Azure solutions
• Accountable for overall performance of the service or solution
• Broad experience in Office 365 application functionalities (Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc)
• Microsoft Solution Design and Implementation
• Responsible for the integration of GTM Hub with our OKR practices
• Works to build dashboards, automations to streamline our OKR efforts
• Active Directory Lead
• Experience in developing and implementing on-prem, hybrid, and cloud based solutions
• Understanding the objectives of the business unit, and ensuring the service is aligned with those objectives
• Collaborate with business service managers, administrators and developers to implement solutions in the appropriate platform

Job Requirements:

• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships within and outside the company
• Communication and coordination skills
• May manage projects / processes
• Expert in Active Directory (On Prem and Azure)
• Works independently with limited supervision
• Expert in Microsoft M365 applications
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
• Project management skills (Agile, Waterfall)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to handle difficult and sometimes complex problems
• Seasoned professional individual contributor
• Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures

Qualification & Experience:

• 5 years IT Project management and implementation
• Azure Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
• 5-7 years of experience
