Job Description:

The role will report directly to Transformation Leader within the Global Technology Transformation Management Office (TMO) and support execution of a multi-year technology workforce transformation. This role will act as a leader and liaison between the TMO and other internal stakeholders. The role will coordinate the multi-year roadmap for the TMO, partner across Global Technology leaders and coordinate across the TMO organization. Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyses information and makes recommendations and present results to senior management.
  • Initiates and facilitates financial planning processes within the organization, often with senior leaders
  • Assists with implementation of the technology change management strategy
  • Oversees team financials including one time cost management and headcount
  • Partners with other operational areas and counterparts to build strong working relationships and improve workflow and tackle organizational challenges
  • Owns and leads the key strategy activities for the group including roadmap execution and KPIs
    Manages the communication profile for the team including driving team meetings, functional communication strategy, and building the team brand

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to manage large volume of concurrent high priority initiatives with a focus on high quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with ability to communicate complex technical messages and trade-offs to tell a compelling story
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency facilitating organizational change management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deliverables, honor commitments, and “can do” attitude in challenging but exciting environment.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 8-10+ years of progressive professional experience; operational metric/KPI, experience leading complex programs across multiple organizations, developing and implementing evidence-based performance improvement within a Technology or Software Engineering organizations.
  • Strong engineering or technology experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant field with a solid understanding of performance or operational excellence concepts; master’s degree in business administration is a plus
