Job Description:
As a Property Advisor – Asset Management you will help the delivery of our asset strategy. You will help improve our ways of working to maximise the life of our store equipment, through the use of technology and our Verisae maintenance system.
You’ll be involved in helping form future investment, and deciding the equipment we buy. You will help reduce operational costs, manage risk, and get better value out of our existing assets. Whilst always ensuring that the asset database is kept up to date, and relevant to the changing needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enable the sustainability of the asset management strategy through learning via the delivery of training
- Develop and maintain the tools and documents required to operate the asset management system
- Support internal and external stakeholders by evaluating asset data to make informed investment decisions
- Ensure the key alignment of the systems, people and processes, to support the successful delivery of out strategy
- Present simple reports that share key recommendations and messages with colleagues to extend the life of our assets
- Support compliance and audit activities
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of the retail store environment
- Personal initiative and resilience
- Understanding of the Verisae maintenance system (preferable but not essential)
- Being able to work both independently, and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic about the opportunity to make a change for the better
- An aptitude for interpreting complex information
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience of asset management and strategy (preferable but not essential)
- Experience of managing and delivering projects (preferable but not essential)
