As Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for a department in the store – including commercial planning, stock management, sales, planograms, and visual impact. You’ll also allocate tasks to Retail Assistants in your department daily, develop their skills and keep them motivated and engaged. We’ll also need you to manage till areas as required – making sure all customers have an excellent experience.
This is a management role, so on top of excellent customer service skills, you’ll be a leader who can build credible working relationships with your colleagues. You don’t need a fashion background to join us, but we’ll expect you to drive sales and customer experience by guiding and supporting your team. As such, you’ll need strong coaching skills and great commercial awareness, which you’ll probably have picked up in a fast-paced place of work.
Qualification & Experience:
- This is an excellent step up for anyone with previous leadership experience of some kind.
