Job Responsibilities:
- Handling all communication devices such as projector, video conference system etc.
- Liaison with lHCC and Megamind for networks, TV and housing IT related issues.
- Managing the ordering process for CUG phones for new employees.
- Managing CUG billing complaints and generating ADHOC bills from power Bills.
- Assisting IT manager to select the best equipment for network and infrastructure.
- Responsible for attending and support call center issues.
- Responsible for maintaining IDF rooms.
- Handling clearance process of resigned employees.
- Responsib1e for all structural cabling.
- Designing and installing the hospitals computer network in coordination with IT manager.
- Assisting IT manager in setting up plans for lT infrastructure.
- Responsible for attendance machines, CCTV cameras and access control system.
- Managing IPTV related support calls across the hospital.
- Responsible for IT monthly deductions for CUG, Housing internet and devices.
- Responsible for supporting Queue management server and clients.
- Assisting IT manager in setting up the effective plan for helpdesk system at SGH Dubai.
- Assisting IT manager to implement and maintain communication and security devices.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency both in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Knowledge in Switches, routers and Network monitoring software.
- Basic level of knowledge about LAN design and WAN equipment’s.
- With broad knowledge in digital communication particularly in installation and maintenance with multiple MPLS connectivity .
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 years minimum experience as Communication Engineer in a reputable company
- Graduate of Computer Engineering or higher is preferred.
