You will be part of a collaborative team built to use advanced/predictive analytics in providing expertise to support the objectives of today and into the future. You will apply your strong experience and expertise in data analytics, from sourcing the data through to the application of various analytics techniques. You will understand the business area strategy and key metrics and influence a shift toward a data driven culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize programming skills to source and transform appropriate data for descriptive, advanced, and predictive analytics
  • Provides training, support and consultation for other HR&D divisions using workforce data to solve related business issues
  • Apply data visualization techniques to support alignment and integration of data driven decisions with stakeholders across HR&D
  • Cultivate relationships across functions to identify people related business problems, turn them into analytical research questions, test hypotheses, and identify viable solutions
  • Identify and resolve technical issues affecting advanced analytic solutions
  • Establish and enhance workforce analytic techniques, forecasting and strategic workforce planning processes and tools to create forecasts, recommend actions, and influence key stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with engagements in human capital/people analytics initiatives in the area(s) of workforce analytics, forecasting and strategic workforce planning processes, talent acquisition and/or talent management
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, or a similar field, or equivalent education/experience
  • Experience with statistical methods, predictive analytics, data mining and modeling, data visualization, and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, AWS, and GitLab.
