Job Description:

Bring your proven mechanical aptitude to our hardworking planning and scheduling team to ensure the execution of all maintenance activities for our Pipeline division. You will have an impact on the duration of the work and its related costs and this will provide you with a phenomenal opportunity to learn and develop your skills and capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify requirements for safety, communications, Environmental Health & Safety, and regulations
• Maintain and continuously improve job plans and preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist development and implementation of work plans and resources to drive scheduling and schedule compliance to meet Key Performance Indicators and limit scope creep
• Participate as a Cross Functional Team member, effectively communicating information to the maintenance teams
• Prepare job plans and packages, including stakeholder notifications, scheduling, and sequencing of associated tasks
• Review and identify workforce availability through capacity planning in SAP
• Develop and maintain bills of materials
• Maximize resource productivity by identifying and assembling resources including parts, materials, special tools, external services, rentals and documentation

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
• A strong communicator with the ability to develop positive working relationships across a multitude of teams

Qualification & Experience:

• A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Five years of planning experience in pipelines, oil & gas, pulp and paper, or mining industry
