Job Description:
Remove cast pieces from production trees using hand, saw equipment, and table cutting tools, perform divesting, investing, JPress cleaning, bead blasting and other duties within the department as required.
Job Requirements:
- Intermediate Math and computer skills
- Good communication skills are necessary, including the ability to speak and understand English at an intermediate level that includes the technical information required to do their job.
- They must be able to read and understand safety signs, security procedures, manuals, and employment policies written in English.
- Ability to work and communicate with others in a constructive professional manner that helps attains the company’s quality and production goals.
- Must be able to sit at a workstation, using their hands, doing detailed work, from 8 – 10 hours (when overtime is required), with the normal rest and meal breaks .
- Ability to understand and define process problems, and make appropriate operating adjustments.
- Good eyesight: Must have documented 20/20 vision either naturally or with the correction that can be worn comfortably for 8 – 10 hrs/day.
- They must be able to read and understand job instructions, job tickets, machine manuals, and other job-related technical information written in English.
Qualification & Experience:
- High School Education or equivalent
