Job Responsibilities:
- Support a high-volume multi-building pick-and-pack distribution center operation with over 38,500 SKUs covering 1.5 million square feet.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain business solutions and recommendations focused on process improvement, overall performance and key projects.
- Lead and coordinate critical projects across branch functions.
- Lead Analytics and IT resources to provide key insight and direction on operational effectiveness to Branch leaders.
- Support Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, and Human Resources departments.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology including SQL and data extraction.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel and Access.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Available for travel to Uline’s branch and international locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years experience in operations or general management.
- Strong data analytics background a must.
- Distribution, call center and / or sales experience a plus.
