Job Description:

Candidate should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and possess exceptional organizational skills. The candidate should be able to flourish in a production goal-oriented, multi-task environment with attention to detail and willingness to accept new and diverse assignments. The candidate must have a general understanding of Retail replenishment fulfillment processes. The ability to anticipate and solve problems is key. The selected individual must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure area is adequately supplied to complete daily tasks
• Audit department processes to ensure all team members are adhering to processes/SOPs
• Lead all activities for designated area on a daily basis
• Create a positive work environment and develop ownership in department with a high level of diplomacy, professionalism, and integrity
• Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolved issues affecting operations
• Train employees in designated area
• Act as a subject matter expert in designated area
• All other job duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Perform job duties of associates
• Maintain efficient and orderly usage of areas
• Oversee the quality of production activities
• Ensure productivity goals are met
• Provide Peer Leadership for all associates
• Promote/Develop/Sustain an efficient workflow within the department

Job Requirements:

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Stand / walk for an extended time period
• Work well under pressure and time constraints
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Analytical, ability to track, record and report department production
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills
• Dependable, work with a sense of urgency
• Team building and leadership skills
• Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment as required for position (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires coordinated movements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Leadership: Proven ability to communicate with, support, and motivate employees to achieve operational objectives
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a team environment

Qualification & Experience:

• High school degree or GED required
