Job Description:

As a Night Sales Assistant within our Heathrow Airport stores you’ll be working shifts as part of the team working hard through the night in our busiest stores. Unlike your colleagues working the day shifts you’ll interact less with customers working these shifts, but that doesn’t mean the customer experience isn’t at the heart of the role.

Job Responsibilities:

You’ll check and unpack deliveries, re-stock our shelves and implement new and exciting promotional campaigns; making sure the store is ready before the doors open for customers in the morning.  Your work is key to ensuring our customers’ journey gets off to the best start. No matter what you do, you’ll play a big part in helping to drive results through using your initiative to meet deadlines and get the job done to a high standard and as efficiently as possible.

Job Requirements:

We operate at the sharp end of retail, which even in the quieter hours makes for a fast-paced role. Perhaps surprisingly, what you don’t need is bags of retail or customer service experience. We’re looking for people who are organised; process driven and can use their initiative when needed: we’ll develop in you all the skills you need to succeed. And for those who want to progress, we’ll positively encourage you.
